What do you think “Don’t insult a crocodile while your legs are in the river?” mean?

Below is one of the crocodiles we saw when we visited the crocodile farm in Livingstone, Zambia. I would not want to insult this crocodile while my legs are still in the water!

    Oh, no – the caretakers feed the crocodiles. I would not want to smell anything remotely like food around these mighty beasts 🙂

    I’d say ‘don’t insult a crocodile by putting your legs into the river in the first place, because it’ll have them off in a moment!’ haha! He’s huge!
